BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

Under 18 years old, only in private rooms and with parents.
Children under 5 do not pay.
Booking for more than 7 people is considered a group booking and cannot be made online. Send E-mail to info@puravidahostel.com.br.
We do not accept pets.

To guarantee the reservation the first night* is charged. The rest is payable at check in.
*Except on special dates, when we charge 50% of the full reservation.

We reccommend to always book your bed before!
It is usually cheaper and you are not at risk of being without a bed.

Booking Confirmation and No Show

  • No Show

If you cannot arrive at the check in date, please inform us immediately about the change.
Reservations with “No show” and without notice will be canceled at 2pm the day after the original check in date.

Attention:
Payment of the deposit by card: R$ 12
Cash refund of R$ 10.

Booking Change / Cancellations

  • Booking Change: I cannot arrive on the booked date anymore. What now?

You can change the date of your reservation free of charge if you order up to 48 hours before the check in date.
NOTE: There may be a change in prices.

  • I must cancel my booking. Can I get a refund?

We will refund the booking fee (1st night fee) if canceled within 7 days of the check in date.
We do not refund bookings canceled less than 7 days before the check in date.

Special Dates (New Year, Carnival, Rock in Rio and Holidays):
Reservation fee is 50% of the total amount and there is no refund.

For cancellations after check-in, we will only refund the nights requested at least 48 hours (2 nights) in advance.

The Booking Fee is 50% of the total amount and there is no refund. The balance of 50% will be paid at check in.

Minimum stay of 4 Nights for New Years and 5 nights for Carnival.
Bookings in these periods, with less than the minimum nights, must be requested with our Reception and have higher prices.

FREQUENT ASKER QUESTIONS – FAQ

  • Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is NOT included. We sell at reception 2 breakfast options: Medium (R$10), Large (R$15).
It’s served Monday until Thursday from 8am until 10:30am and Frinday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays from 8:30am until 11:30am.

  • What do I need to bring?

Dorms: Lock, towell, soap / shampoo, tooth paste. Forgot anything? We sell at Reception.
Private Rooms: Shampoo, tooth paste.
We do not have hair dryer
You should bring: Repellent, Sunscreen, Good Vibes and Respect

  • What is the house voltage?

It is 110v. We have a few 220v outlets and these are all identified. Stay tuned!

  • How should I use the refrigerators?

Get a basket at reception and tag your name + check out date to identify your food.
Unnamed and undated food or baskets will be shared!
It is not allowed to store alcoholic beverages or ice in refrigerators. They will be removed (and maybe drinked!).
Did you use something, cooked or left anything dirty? Time to wash or clean it put it back in place. We all appreciate that!

  • Do you have Transfer to the Bus terminal and to the Airport?

Yes, but only departures.  Check options and prices at reception.

  • Can I check-in in the morning?

Check in is at 2pm.
Before that time the common areas of the house are available for use. We can store your bags at reception.
NOTE: If you need to enter the room earlier, we suggest you to book the previous night.

  • Can I do my check out late?

Check outs afters 12pm should pay a late check out fee. the price is based on your room type.
